As a Certified Massage Therapist and 3rd Degree Reiki Master with
over 22 years of professional experience, I have had the privilege of
working on over fifteen thousand bodies ~ from overworked desk-bound
professionals to members of the 49ers and the Sharks.
I have extensive training (over 2,000 hours) in several healing modalities--Amma,
Swedish, Acupressure, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Reiki,
Rebirthing, Polarity, Trigger and Active Release, Thai, Tantra and
Taoist Massage, Shamanic Journeying, Aromatherapy, and Esoteric Energy
Healing.
My beautiful healing sanctuary on the cliffs in Capitola, just south of Santa Cruz,
is filled with tranquil music, candles, and a luxuriously padded
massage table fitted with soft flannel sheets. I use the highest
quality organic lotions and oils and warm, herb-scented hot packs to
soothe your tight, sore muscles.
A full shower and soft, fluffy towels are always available.

For over a decade, I offered Ayurvedic and European skin care and
body treatments at a five star spa, and I'm delighted to offer
these sweet indulgences to any 90 minute or longer session at no
additional charge.
